By using MindLooker's website or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services. Simple as that.

What MindLooker Is (And Isn't)

MindLooker provides a structured process for self-examination. It is NOT:

• Medical or psychiatric treatment
• Therapy or counseling
• A substitute for professional medical care
• Emergency mental health services

If you're experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.

Use of Services

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You must provide accurate information when booking or applying

Your Responsibilities

• You're responsible for your own decisions and actions
• You agree to participate honestly and in good faith
• You won't use our services for illegal purposes
• You'll respect the confidentiality of others in group settings

Bookings and Payments

Session Bookings

• Sessions are booked through our scheduling system
• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions with full refund

Practitioner Training

• Training fees are non-refundable once the program begins
• Acceptance into training is at our sole discretion
• Completion of training doesn't guarantee certification

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the MindLooker methodology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive our methodologies
• Record sessions without explicit written consent

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality as outlined in our Privacy Policy, with legal exceptions for:

• Imminent risk of harm
• Suspected abuse of minors or vulnerable adults
• Court-ordered disclosure

Disclaimers and Limitations

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindLooker, its practitioners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:
